It's amazing how on the run up to Christmas I don't seem to be able to leave the house for work and things (well not strictly true - but when you are out it's on a mission to get stuff and not really photography conducive) anyway - this is something I wanted to try for a while, dropping food colour into water and capturing the effects. Unfortunately my 'vessel' has quite thick glass so there's quite a bit of distortion - but you get the idea ... I quite like the colour to be honest, if nothing else!
