If someone will lend me some money and a venue - I will fill the place with things that I could pick up off the streets of kilburn. I would also clothe myself and any assistants from clothes that I find on the streets of kilburn, and after all that I will mop up the mess left behind by the visitors to my exhibition with THIS mop that I found on the streets of Kilburn.
