Firstlty this fence was crazy - someone had acutally varnished it with what looks like yacht varnish - secondly - i've seen this brolly before - not only in a shot I caputred a while ago here on dd - but more recently somewhere outside of kilburn ... I was wondering if the enigmatic RAINMAN of kilburn tagging fame has done a Prince on us ??? or should that be a tagger formerly known as .....
